On Desktop: Log in to your RideMates account and click on Support in the main menu to open the support widget.
On Mobile: Open the RideMates app, tap on Profile in the main menu, and then select Support.
3. Request Account Deletion:
In the support widget, click on Contact Support.
Type "Talk to an agent" to start a conversation with one of our support representatives.
Once connected, let the support agent know that you wish to delete your RideMates account. We’re sorry to see you go, but we’ll help you with the process.
