If you’re interested in a ride but haven’t booked it yet, you can contact the driver for more details:
Go to the ride you’re interested in by browsing or searching for available rides.
Next to the driver’s profile, you’ll see a Chat icon. Click on it to start a conversation with the driver.
This allows you to ask any questions or clarify details before making your booking.
2. Contacting a Driver After Booking a Ride:
If you’ve already booked a ride and need to contact the driver:
Go to My Rides from the menu.
Click on the booked ride you wish to discuss.
At the bottom of the ride details page, click on the Contact button to start a conversation with the driver.
For Drivers:
1. Contacting Passengers for a Posted Ride:
If you’ve posted a ride and need to communicate with your booked passenger:
Go to My Rides from the menu.
Click on the posted ride that you want to manage.
You’ll see a Chat icon to the right of each passenger’s name. Click on it to start a conversation with that passenger.
Viewing and Managing Conversations:

Once you’ve initiated a conversation with a driver or passenger, the conversation will appear in your Messages page.
