Sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a booked ride. RideMates makes it easy to cancel your booking if needed. Follow these steps to cancel your ride and understand the important policies regarding cancellations.

  1. Navigate to "My Rides":

    • Log in to your RideMates account. From there, select My Rides.

  2. Locate the Ride You Want to Cancel:

    • Under the Booked Rides heading, find the ride you wish to cancel. Click on the desired ride to open the ride details.

  3. Access the Cancellation Option:

    • In the ride details page, click on the ... (ellipsis) located in the top right corner of the page.

  4. Cancel the Booking:

    • From the dropdown menu, select Cancel Booking.

    • Confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, your booking will be canceled, and a refund will be automatically processed. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
